It’s not surprise to my friends and clients that I love eating paleo! It has changed my life! I wanted to share a few quick and easy recipes that are our go-to during the week.
I get the same question all the time, “But, what do you eat?” when someone finds out that I eat Paleo. Well, I eat a lot of healthy beautiful greens, vegetables, fruits, organic meats, seafood, chicken, and pork and lots of sweet potatoes, nuts, fruits, and oils. Salads are my go-to with a healthy fat and protein added. Greens and oil with wild planet canned tuna mixed with mayo is my standard lunch. Lettuce wraps for everything like tacos, burgers, and chicken. Mayo, mustard, and hot sauce for my dipping sauces. Almond butter in my smoothies and I eat lots of eggs with ghee and spinach for breakfast. My pantry is always stocked with coconut oil, olive oil, paleo mayo, hot sauce, ghee, almond butter, nuts, and lots of spices and seasonings. I also have my fridge stocked with fruits, veggies, and lots of organic protein and eggs. We eat a lot and eat often. I actually eat more now than I ever did before. So, there’s your answer! I eat really well and my body is really happy.

Buffalo Chicken Soup it cures everything and has an awesome kick! I can eat this everyday.

Chocolate Chip Cookies for a perfect dessert, treat, and breakfast on the go.
Other quick and easy go-to items for me are from Primal Kitchen, Larabar, and RX bars.
